I worked hard for one of our NDA protected clients earning good scores across the board, and getting paid wel while I recovered working from home. Our contract ended with the one client abruptly. With only a weeks notice we were asked to return our tech to the main office. Many became unemployed as a result, and management had known about the end date for months. They intentionally withheld the information. 24.7 AI offered me a position staying on with another of their NDA protected clients since my numbers were so good. Out of loyalty and fondess for the company I accepted not realizing I'd be rewarded with a $4.00/hr pay cut. That's in addition to being required to have a gas budget since the new client required us to be on-site for security purposes. This made the pay well beneath the cost of living. A week after training had been completed, we were informed that 24.7 AI would be permanently closing its Dallas, TX location choosing instead to focus it's resources to India and Columbia. Locations which have been fabricating their numbers for months to manipulate their scores. I am unclear as to how long management knew about this lay off albeit there appeared to be much preparation done for it after we were informed. Many are still unemployed including myself as a result.

TOXIC CULTURE and inept founders, executives and senior management. It’s difficult to get things done effectively and efficiently. Run by inept founders, executives and senior management. Zero creativity. All about repeating what had been done before — no matter how ineffective it is. All about hiding the truth from customers and employees. Incredible lack of trust in the people they hire. The micromanagement is intense and they use spyware everywhere because they do not trust the employees to do their job. Very high turnover, nothing more than an user ID, very toxic culture of blaming, buy their awards, and I found their promises high but their delivery non-existent. NO ONE should do business with or work for this company.

Policies are constantly changing. 
It's like the people making these decisions can't decide on how they want us to speak to the customers. Management will tell you about these changes at the last minute, including important things like meetings. We're unable to write notes of the changes in policy, so most of us are often forgetting, especially new workers. Constant computer errors. Expect your check to be shorted for supposed paid vacation days.

Also, expect things to be different from what you're told in training. As said above, policies are constantly changing and sometimes too fast for trainers to properly put in their training sessions. I was even told in training to expect some things to be different than what we were being taught. We're given a resource from the client to help, but most case handling steps are often given word of mouth instead of being inside the resource.

Phenomenal people, some really interesting technologies, just really, really badly led. Real culture of fear in India centers, people won't say what they think as they will be fired. Utterly ruthless hiring and firing of staff, entire departments wiped out overnight. Western employees are constantly at risk, if you can be replaced by someone else slightly cheaper, you will be. Company reorgs happen nearly every other month, so no strategic long-term direction. Once firing has stopped whoever is left is expected to pick up all the work of the staff who have gone. Based on personal experience, no idea how they have survived as long as they have. Other than they manage their image well.  If you want exposure to the tech then use them for that, but for most they would not be a long-term home, especially in western countries.

Working at 247.ai was a valuable experience that helped me grow both professionally and personally. The company provides a fast-paced environment where employees can develop strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. I appreciated the supportive team atmosphere and the opportunity to interact with people from diverse backgrounds every day. The training process was helpful and prepared employees well for handling customer concerns efficiently. Managers were approachable and encouraged teamwork and continuous improvement.

One of the best parts of working at 247.ai was learning how to stay calm under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude with customers. The company also helped improve my multitasking and time-management abilities. Overall, 247.ai is a good place for individuals looking to gain experience in customer support, build confidence, and develop professional workplace skills in a collaborative environment.

The only timw this job was fun, was during trainig. Management did not provide the support that was needed to be the best at my job. A lot of people that were iin training with me had issues with equipment that was sent to them, and then were intially fired, or quit. This job can be very stressful and not because of the customers, but because of lack of support from management and TL's. This company will cause you to be on the phone with a customer longer than usual because they fail to provide you assistance. You have to self educate yourself and solve your own problems with little or no assitance. I love call center positions and this one was just not it for me. I hated logging in and that was a problem.

I spend most of my time sitting at a computer and typing responses to people messaging us over social media. Being able to work from home was amazing, but now they're forcing us to work from office again and I'm seeking employment elsewhere. The computer restrictions make you feel like a child. The ability to see other websites, which was very broad when I started working there, has been strangled to the point that we cannot even access Twitter or Facebook anymore. This is extremely ironic, as those are the two sites where we're getting most of our messages from, and we're encouraged to "go native" to see the context of what's being sent to us, but are blocked from doing actually so! I don't know how much of this is the company's fault and how much is being forced by their corporate client, the one who we're actually doing customer support for.

Overall the company just cares about numbers. It doesn't concern itself with what its workers want or need unless a horde of people say the same thing and it becomes a problem for their productivity numbers. If any respect is given its at a feel-good zoom meeting where they award people for being packrats at their desk and give out amazon gift cards for $25 but they wont give their employees a decent wage. 

I worked for this company for a few years and I honestly regret it. Management is run by unfit people. Head of HR is not professional and they don’t care about covid guidelines. When Covid hit they did not inform everyone that our badges worked to open tue doors. We were forced to use our finger prints which was so unsanitary. Fingerprints are unsanitary over all. The turn over rate is ridiculous! The only way to get a promotion is by befriending the VPs and managers. I saw so many people that had horrible numbers and attitudes be promoted. There a few people that are actually helpful and try to make that place bette but they never succeed because they have a lot of things against them. If you just need some quick experience I say go for it but don’t expect too much. 

Terrible company the pay is terrible, there is no organization, equipment never work to document real hours. Computer camera is faulty even when I lock my computer the camera captures. Then they use software based in india you always have to give location and information from phone which is sketchy. The company says remote but they pressure you to come to office where someone catches covid every week and if you dont go to office they fire you. no pay increase, terrible benefits, STAY AWAY. They do not even train you fully they and then feed you to the sharks the job is way too stressful for the pay HR never answers the phone. No one never know anything
